Title: God Still Restores Withered Places (Sunday, March 8, 2026)

DSC00622.JPG

Sunday we talked about “God Still Restores Withered Places” (Matthew 12:9–14).

In the synagogue there was a man with a withered hand. Religion saw a rule… but Jesus saw a person who needed restoration. The Pharisees asked, “Is it lawful?” But Jesus asked something deeper — “Is someone suffering?”

Then Jesus told the man something powerful: “Stretch out your hand.”

The problem was… that was the one thing the man couldn’t do. But when he obeyed and stretched what felt impossible, God restored what was withered.

Sometimes in life we carry withered places:

  • faith that feels weak

  • dreams that dried up

  • hope that feels broken

But the same Jesus who stood in that synagogue is still speaking today: “Stretch it toward Me.” Because when you stretch what feels impossible, God can restore what life tried to take away.

Title: Stepping Out of the Shadows
(Sunday, March 15, 2026)

Are you ready for the story of your struggle to change?

In Mark 5:25-34, we see a life defined by a crisis until one moment changed everything. We are stopping the crowd today to reclaim our true identity. Your struggle is your history, but it is not your name.

Homework & Activation:

This week, we are stepping out with Truth. Grab your journal and answer this: What is the "New Name" God is giving you in this season? (Think: Chosen, Restored, Masterpiece, Beloved, etc.)

Meditate on these Truths:

  • Ephesians 2:10 – You are His Masterpiece.

  • Jeremiah 1:5 – You were known before you were formed.

  • 1 Peter 2:9 – You are chosen and royal.

  • Matthew 10:30 – He knows every detail of your life.
